An experienced leader in the facilities industry, O’Connell joins The Facilities Group Board of Directors to assist in the continued growth of the company. Fergus was the previous Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS). He joined KBS following the sale of Pristine Environments in 2019, where he was also the CFO. Prior to this, Fergus was the Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO of ISS North America and Deputy CFO for ISS’s UK & Ireland divisions. He has also held various finance and operational facilities management positions across his career. “Joining The Facilities Group was the next logical step in my career.
